We do our best to process orders within 2 working days and, in any case, no later than one week from the time they were placed.

We ship throughout Italy in 24-48 hours (working days). In any case, when the order is processed, you will receive an email with the courier's tracking code to monitor the arrival of the package. International shipping may take up to 3-5 working days, depending from the location.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products, but are calculated in the checkout, before the the order processing and payment. Shipping costs are free within Italy.

When ordering from outside the European Union, orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on the country to which they are shipped. Usually, taxes and duties are collected when the shipment reaches your country. Note that on some, albeit rare, occasions customs agents may delay delivery of packages until payment is made. Taxes and customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend that you contact your national customs office for more information. In any case Nouvelle Vague has no control and is not responsible for any duties / taxes applied to your order. You will be solely responsible for paying additional customs clearance fees.

If the order hasn't been shipped yet, the order will be canceled and refunded. If the order has been already dispatched, a return of the item will be necessary.

Returns must be processed within 14 days from the delivery of the item/items. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
